Dr. Arun Rajagopal moved to Utah about four years ago for family reasons.  His wife’s family hails from Utah and he has extensive family connections here.  Prior to his arrival in Utah, Dr. Rajagopal was Assistant Professor and director of the Pain Management fellowship program at the University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center. 

Dr. Rajagopal graduated from medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.  His post-graduate training included an internship at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, followed by a 3-year residency in Anesthesiology and 1-year Pain Management Fellowship at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
